Hanna Moors
Hanna has big footprints to fill. The art and creativity of her family initially intimidated her from making art. Going through ups and downs, and discovering her own artistic processes, the work that is part of her heritage is no longer a hindrance but a source of inspiration and purpose. Attempting to make her own footsteps next to her family's.
Life drawing was for Hanna the first real way to access and grow her confidence in drawing. After years of life drawing, her focus has shifted towards drawing circus acrobats in motion and sketchbook art. She is often looking either for a narrative in humor, the power of dynamics or what’s vulnerable.
Hanna helped transition the Drawing Studio to a nonprofit, and was president of the board for over two years. Her participation and being part of the community have increased her commitment to her art work.
